Promotional Release
I give permission to the Mahogany Revolution Inc. to use above my picture, image, and other likeness, as well as all materials prepared during and in relation to the Mahogany Revolution Inc. programs and activities, for promotional purposes without compensation of any kind.
Program Materials
Mahogany Revolution Inc. may distribute certain printed or electronic documents, materials, and/or files in relation to its programs and activities. All such documents, materials, and/or files and their contents are property of the Mahogany Revolution Inc. and unauthorized reproduction and/or distribution is prohibited.
We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the course content described on the Website without notice.
We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the course.
If you have purchased a Certification Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Online Course and/or started to use that Online Course then you waive your right to cancel the order and request a refund.
Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of the Trichology Certification course are your responsibility and Dr. Kari and any of her affiliated companies or partners shall not be responsible for these.
You shall be responsible for all costs you incur in connection with your attendance at any Hands-On Workshops or your access onto any Online Course.
All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses and the lectures made by Dr. Kari or any guests are, and remain, the intellectual property of Dr. Kari, Trichology Certification, Mahogany Hair Revolution Inc. or its licensors, whether adapted, written for or customized for the Student or not.
You are not authorized to:-
(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission;
(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Hands-On Workshop
(iii) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer;
(iv) remove any copyright or other notice of Dr. Kari, Trichology Certification on the Course Materials;
(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.
In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Online Course for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and / or attending the Hands-On Workshop.
We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Course Materials with immediate effect in the event that you:
- fail to make payments when due
- are in breach of any of these terms or conditions
